Alsóörs

Alsóörs is a colorful settlement on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, where historical landmarks, sports opportunities, and cultural experiences all come together. The Gothic architectural details of Török House evoke the past of the lesser nobility, while the AMFI Alsóörs amphitheater built from red stone, its planetarium, and interactive treasure hunt offer modern community experiences. The beach’s sports fields and water obstacle course provide active recreation for all ages. 

Alsóörs is accessible by road via Route 71 and by rail on the Budapest–Székesfehérvár–Tapolca line. The town also has a port, making it reachable by boat. Long-distance buses stop next to the train station, just steps away from the public beach.
