Badacsony Harbour

The Badacsony Harbour is one of Lake Balaton's iconic marinas, welcoming visitors arriving by water at the foot of Badacsony Hill in picturesque surroundings. The port is operated by Balatoni Hajózási Zrt. and connects the various settlements around the lake with scheduled boat services, pleasure boats, and program boats. The marina is an excellent starting point for exploring the Badacsony wine region, hiking trails, and cultural attractions. The marina is surrounded by shady alleys, cozy terraces, and stone steps, and the famous wine bars, restaurants and the Szegedy Róza House Literary and Wine Museum are just a few minutes' walk away.

Boating is especially popular at sunset, when you can admire the view of the mountain and the lake with a glass of champagne in your hand.

The harbour is easily accessible on foot from the center of Badacsonytomaj, along the Balaton lakeside promenade. For those arriving by car, paid parking is available in the vicinity.
