Badacsonytomaj Beach

Located on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the center of Badacsonytomaj, the beach has a 230-meter-long shoreline, with grassy and sandy areas and excellent water quality. The beach is an ideal choice for families, sports enthusiasts, and those seeking relaxation alike.

Among the services available are beach volleyball, soccer, basketball, and tennis courts, water bikes, SUP, windsurfing, water polo, and water basketball. There is a playground and a diaper changing area for children, and barrier-free toilets for people with reduced mobility. The beach area has four buffets, changing rooms, a safe deposit box, cabin rental, sun loungers, and free Wi-Fi are also available.

The beach is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the ticket office open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. In 2025, admission tickets cost 950 HUF for adults, 600 HUF for children and seniors, and 2,300 HUF for families. Afternoon tickets are available at a discounted price from 5 p.m.

The beach is easily accessible: the nearest train station and bus stop are only 700 meters away. Parking is available in the lane on the other side of Route 71.
