Badacsonytördemic

Introduction

Badacsonytördemic is one of the most exciting settlements in the Tapolca Basin, where hiking, local history, and community events all come together. The Bujdosók Steps offer a sporty challenge, while the lookout provides a breathtaking panorama.

Rodostó House and Saint Michael's Church preserve historical memories, and Village Hall hosts cultural programs throughout the year. The village also includes Badacsonylábdihegy, a popular resort area.

Location & Accesibility

The settlement is located along Route 71, between Szigliget and Badacsonytomaj. The Badacsonytördemic-Szigliget train station, part of the Budapest–Tapolca line, is situated near the town center. Long-distance buses also stop at the entrance road, while regional buses serve the village stops. From here, the main attractions can be reached on foot within 10–20 minutes.
