Barefoot Trail
Introduction
The Barefoor Trail in Csopak is a special Kneipp therapy walkway that runs along the Ifjúsági walkway. Walking along the 230-meter-long trail, you can walk on various natural materials: gravel, crushed stone, pine bark, wood chips, peat, pine cones, cherry pits, bricks, and small cobblestones alternate, stimulating blood circulation and metabolism.
The path designed according to the Kneipp method is not only good for your health, but also entertaining: balancing beams, logs, and wooden obstacles test your coordination. In addition to the walkway, there is an outdoor fitness park, benches, tables, and information boards, making it an ideal location for families, hikers, and athletes alike.
