Vak Bottyán Beach

Vak Bottyán Beach is Balatonkenese's largest and most popular bathing spot, located on the eastern shore of Lake Balaton, with a picturesque panorama and a nearly 300-meter-long beach. The beach covers an area of 1.8 hectares and, with its varied services, is an ideal choice for families, young and old alike. The beach has gradually deepening water, ensuring safe swimming for all age groups.

The beach area features a playground, a sandy paddling pool, beach volleyball and soccer fields, outdoor fitness equipment, changing rooms, toilets, a baby-mama room, as well as buffets and restaurants. Sun loungers and lockers are also available for rent for guests.

The beach is located next to Route 71 and is easily accessible by car, bicycle, and public transportation. The nearest bus stop is approximately 700 meters away. Free parking and bicycle storage are available next to the beach , so visitors can arrive comfortably by any means of transport.
