Capári Riding School
Introduction
Capári Riding School operates in the historic town of Sümeg, in the Váristálló area, and is one of Hungary's most versatile equestrian centers. The riding school aims to make the joy of horseback riding accessible to all age groups, a lifestyle close to nature, and traditional Hungarian equestrian culture. The special atmosphere of the location is created by the proximity of Sümeg Castle, the atmosphere of the Baroque town and the surrounding forests.
Capári Riding School offers the following all year round:
- Horse riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders (galloping, dressage, show jumping, training);
- Horse riding camps for children and adults (pony, trekking, sports, hunting);
- Cross-country riding in the forests of Ősboróka and Sümeg;
- Carriage driving and horse-drawn carriage rides;
- Theoretical instruction (horse care, terrain knowledge, hunting ethics);
- Pack training with Hungary's only dog pack.
It is also possible to participate with your own horse in the camps. The riding school is family-friendly, community-oriented, and pays special attention to nature conservation, tradition preservation, and equestrian ethics.
