Császtai Beach

The Császtai Beach is located in the western part of Révfülöp, in picturesque surroundings, directly on the shore of Lake Balaton. The 400-meter-long beach welcomes those seeking relaxation with its shady plane trees, well-maintained lawns, and sandy shore. The beach is particularly family-friendly: there is a playground, a paddling pool, a water slide, sports fields, and water sports equipment rentals are also available. The shore deepens quickly, but the shallower areas are ideal for small children.

The beach cafes serve classic Balaton dishes—hekk, lángos, and palacsinta—as well as light meals and desserts. The area is partially wheelchair accessible, with a lifeguard service, a baby-mother room, family changing rooms, and free Wi-Fi. Császtai Beach has been awarded a 4-star rating by the Blue Flag organization.

The beach is located in Révfülöp, on Badacsony Road. It can be reached by car from Highway 71, via the railway crossing, and there is free parking at the entrance. The beach is located directly next to the Lake Balaton bike path and is equipped with a bike rack and e-bike charger. The nearest bus stop is 300 meters away, and the train station is approximately 1 km away.
