Csinger Valley Reading Cabin

Located near the Csinger Valley, this unique forest cabin serves as both a library and a refuge. The wooden structure with glass walls invites visitors to relax and read, with shelves lined with literary and educational works. Built in 2022 by MOME students, this burnt wood structure harmoniously blends in with the beech and candle trees. It was created as part of the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture program, as part of a project of Kristály-völgy Egyesület (Crystal Valley Association).

It is located in Molnár Gábor Park Forest in Ajka, next to the Ajka Mining Museum Fossil and Rock Exhibition. From there, it can be reached by a short walk or by an off-road suited bike.
