Föveny Strand

Föveny Beach, the largest and most popular bathing spot in Balatonfűzfő, has earned recognition from visitors thanks to its family-friendly services and wide range of activities. The sandy beach is ideal for families with young children, offering several shaded playgrounds, a diaper-changing room and water animation programmes.

Active visitors can enjoy trampolines, table tennis, an outdoor fitness trail, water polo goals and water basketball hoops. A notable feature of the beach is the giant slide that ends directly in Lake Balaton. It is accessible to children aged six and above who can swim and are supervised.

The water adventure park and regular events, such as the Gombóc (Dumpling) Festival and beach cinema screenings, further enhance the range of activities on offer.

Föveny Beach is located on Balaton Körút in Balatonfűzfő. The beach is easily accessible by car and offers free parking in front of the beach. It is also easily accessible on foot or by bike from the town center. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, making the beach an ideal choice for visitors arriving by public transport.

The beach area is wheelchair accessible, ensuring access for guests with limited mobility.
