Igásló Center

The Hungarian Prison Center is located on the outskirts of Nagyvázsony, on Szent Jakab-rét, and uniquely presents the world of Hungarian laborers. The aim of the visitor center is to introduce visitors to the traditions of horse-drawn farming through interactive experiences, the role of horses in rural life, and the values of nature-friendly farming. The center features indoor and outdoor exhibitions, educational programs, games, short films, and horse-drawn carriage and horseback riding experiences await visitors.

The location is ideal for families, school groups, corporate team building events, and other events. The center also offers accommodation, gastronomic presentations, wine tasting, and brandy tasting.

Address of the center: 8291 Nagyvázsony, cadastral area 082/1, 082/2 hrsz. – Szent Jakab-rét. By car, it can be reached from main road 77, via Nagyvázsony, on a quiet side road. The site can also be reached by bicycle and on foot, as well as by electric bus operated by the local government. Parking is available, but visitors must book in advance. Opening hours: all year round, by group appointment.
