Kerekes Cellar is one of Balatonalmádi's hidden gems, where wine and gastronomy meet the tranquility of nature. Initially opened as a wine bar and spritzer terrace in 2013, today the cellar is a cosy wine terrace and restaurant offering oven-baked and grilled dishes, as well as a winery producing its own wines.

This place is special because it is located away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Balaton. Perched on the hillside of Vödörvölgy, it offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

At Kerekes Cellar, you can enjoy home-style yet creative dishes such as oven-baked duck leg with cherry cabbage cream, marrow toast and Székely cottage cheese pancakes with homemade jam, all accompanied by the cellar's own wines. The cellar's philosophy is based on experiential hospitality, where proximity to nature, quality wines and a harmonious blend of flavours come together to create a special atmosphere.

Kerekes Cellar is located at 20 Vödörvölgyi Road in Balatonalmádi. It is less than 3 km from the town centre — about a 7-minute drive, a 15-minute bike ride or a 30-minute walk. The Balatonalmádi–Veszprém cycle path runs through the area, making it an ideal rest stop for cyclists.

Free on-site parking is available for guests arriving by car.
