Kisfaludy Beach
Introduction
Kisfaludy Beach in Balatonfüred is the largest entertainment beach on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, located in the eastern part of the town. A wide range of programs are organized in its spacious area and surroundings, providing entertainment for visitors and ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable break for the whole family at any time of year.
The beach offers a beach library, a baby-mother room, a WiFi zone, water slides, sports and water sports facilities, a playground, entertainment (sports programs, face painting, crafts), luggage storage, showers, changing rooms, and toilets. There are 6 buffets, 1 self-service restaurant, with additional catering facilities and beach equipment rental.
Outside the beach season, the area serves as a public park.
Location & Accessibility
Kisfaludy Beach, located on Aranyhíd Sétány, can be reached by bus no. 71. from the main road, Deák Ferenc and Germering streets, by public transport: buses 30, 31, 32, and 40. local bus.
Paid parking is available for visitors, but free parking is available in the large area at the end of the beach. Free parking spaces are available in the car park for people with reduced mobility, and there are also disabled parking spaces on the beach as well as accessible restrooms.
