Libás Beach

Libás Beach is located in the eastern part of Keszthely, in the Zámor district, right next to the Phoenix sailing marina. As the city's newest beach, it offers a family-friendly atmosphere and is particularly popular with families with small children. Its shady, sandy shore, playground, and shallow water are ideal for peaceful relaxation. There are also sports facilities for older children: mini soccer, beach volleyball, table tennis, and pedal boats.

The beach has a well-developed infrastructure – changing rooms, showers, toilets, cabins – and a special feature is the beach library, where visitors can freely choose from a selection of books. Next to the beach is the Íz-Part restaurant, which welcomes guests with summer music evenings and panoramic views of Lake Balaton.

Libás Beach is located a short distance from the city center, but is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or on foot. There is free parking available at both entrances to the beach: on the west side, next to the sailing club, and on the eastern side, there is a gravel parking lot. The beach is also equipped with a guarded bicycle rack. The seasonal opening hours are from the beginning of June to the beginning of September.
