Mi a Kő
Introduction
Mi a Kő is a unique gastronomic and cultural venue in Kőveskál, in the heart of the Káli Basin. The restaurant, wine bar, and guesthouse is the dream of Munkácsy Prize-winning artist Tamas Trombitás and his wife, where art, wine, and local flavors come together.
The menu changes monthly, with dishes prepared from seasonal, local ingredients – fresh greens, fish, and eggplant cream in the summer, game in the fall, pork in the winter, and asparagus and microgreens in the spring. The wine list features our own craft wines and selections from the best wineries in the area. The interior is cozy and rustic, with contemporary artwork adorning the walls. The guesthouse has three rooms for those who want to spend several days enjoying the tranquility of the Káli Basin.
