Introduction

MóniSüti is one of the most popular bakeries in Gyenesdiás, where homemade pastries and a family atmosphere come together. Kövérné Kalmár Mónika, also known as "Sütis Móni," , a former journalist, started her food blog, which soon turned into a real confectionery. MóniSüti was already considered one of the best rural confectioneries when it was still only delivering cakes to restaurants around Lake Balaton. The selection includes 15 types of cakes and numerous small pastries, pies, macarons, and special sourdough babka. The paleo desserts are flour-, sugar-, and dairy-free, so even those with food sensitivities can find something they like. The coffees are made from real Italian coffee beans, and during the summer season, you can also get artisanal ice cream. With its children's corner and friendly staff, MóniSüti is the ideal choice for families, hikers, and dessert lovers alike.

The confectionery's specialty, Granola Optimist, won the title of Beach Dessert of the Year.
