Szigliget Harbour

The Szigliget Harbour is located in the historic town of Szigliget, one of the most beautiful spots on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The marina is operated by Balatoni Hajózási Zrt. (Balaton Shipping Co.) and offers regular scheduled boat services to Badacsony, Balatongyörök, and Keszthely. The marina is not only a transportation hub, but also a place of entertainment: sightseeing boats, program boats, and romantic sunset tours depart from here, allowing visitors to admire the panoramic views and coastal attractions. The Szigligeti Castle, the Óvári lookout tower, and the Várudvar event venue are located in the immediate vicinity of the marina, making it easy to get around by boat, so sailing can easily be combined with cultural and nature programs.

The harbour is easily accessible on foot from the center of Szigliget, along the Balaton lakeside promenade. For those arriving by car, free parking is available in the vicinity.
