Szőlősi Pub

Szőlősi Pub opened its doors in Balatonszőlős in 2017 to breathe new life into the old village ABC building. Today, the pub functions as a gastropub, wine bar, and community space, where guests can enjoy homemade dishes made from local ingredients, and friendly service.

The kitchen is currently run by chef Norbert Krasznai, who previously worked in renowned restaurants in Budapest. The menu changes constantly, depending on the availability of local produce, so that fresh, seasonal dishes are always served. Túrós csusza (cheese noodles), kovászosuborka soup (sour soup) and freshly fried fish are just a few examples from the menu. Local wines can also be purchased in the wine shop, even to take home.

The Szőlősi Pub is located in Balatonszőlős, at 10 Fő Street, in the former village ABC building. It is easily accessible by car from Balatonfüred in the direction of Pécsely, taking the Vázsoly road. By public transport, take the bus to the Községháza stop, which is right next to the pub. The place is family-friendly, with separate tables for children, and the garden and terrace are ideal for summer relaxation. The pub is open all year round, but it is worth booking a table for meals during the summer season.
