Tornai Winery is one of the best-known family estates in the Nagy-Somló wine region, which has been involved in viticulture and winemaking since 1946. The winery now cultivates 70 hectares of land, and the third generation is also actively involved in the business. At the center of the estate, visitors are welcomed by a wine shop, restaurant, wine terrace, wine museum, and guesthouse, where visitors can enjoy the beauty of the Somló landscapeand the special character of the wines.
Tornai wines – including the famous Juhfark – are regularly awarded prizes at national competitions and can be found on the menus of Michelin-starred restaurants. The winery organizes various wine tastings, wine dinners, vineyard tours, and themed events, such as the Somló Juhfark Festival and the Somló Flow music evenings.
The location is ideal for family and corporate events, weddings, and gastronomic tourism. Visitors can enjoy free hiking maps, bike rentals, barrier-free facilities, and a petting zoo are also available.
