Vinarius Tihany

Tihanyi Vinarius offers a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Lake Balaton, on the shore of the Inner Lake, in picturesque surroundings. The restaurant is housed in a classicist-style historic building dating back to the 1820s, which was formerly the press house of the Tihany Abbey. The thatched-roof building has been authentically renovated, preserving its historical character while creating a modern bistro atmosphere.

The kitchen's philosophy is based on sustainability and respect for local values. The chefs work with seasonal, fresh ingredients sourced from local producers and use environmentally friendly technologies.
