Ypsilon by Jenő Rácz
Homestyle flavors in the style of Jenő Rácz on the shores of Lake Balaton.
Ypsilon by Jenő Rácz is a unique gastronomic venue in Alsóouml;rsön, on the grounds of the Ypsilon Yacht Club, right on the shore of Lake Balaton. The restaurant is not fine dining, not a bistro, but a new type of Balaton restaurant where quality and tradition meet. The chef's goal is to recreate the flavors of childhood with classic Hungarian dishes such as goulash soup, fried meat, or bird's nest, all made from excellent ingredients sourced from local producers.
The multi-course meal structure allows guests to enjoy a complete gastronomic experience in the form of soup, appetizer, main course, and dessert. The venue is exclusive yet friendly: sailors, vacationers, and gastronomy enthusiasts alike will find what they are looking for. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday, while the breakfast café and convenience store is open from Monday to Sunday.
